After an Air Safari has been paid, we will guarantee the price, unless it is subsequently affected by Government action or other influence beyond our control.

RESERVATIONS
Payment in full is required 4 days before a safari commences. A deposit of 25% is required for advance reservation and the balance not later than 4 days before the tour begins. The right is reserved to cancel bookings if the balance has not been received. We accept payments by Credit Card or you may wish to pay cash after arrival in Kenya.

CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel the deposit may be refunded minus charges for reservations that have been processed, cancellation fees imposed by hotels/lodges and transporters and any other relevant expenses. If a cancellation is received within 2 days of commencement of tour, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total will be charged and 100% if cancellation is made within 24hrs of commencement.

RATES
Rates include all expenses in connection with accommodation with full board table d’hote meals on safari. Airfares and Hotels transfers are included in the costs. All Government hotel taxes, hotel services charges and entry fees are included. Not included are gratuities (other than service charges) beverages, laundry and other such personal expenses.

ACCOMMODATION
Single rooms are available at supplementary cost, but neither single rooms nor private baths can be guaranteed except at Luxury Accommodation. Single rooms at Standard and Quality Camps and Lodges are scarce and cannot be guaranteed even if paid for. Where this occurs an appropriate refund will be made direct to the client. Hotels/Lodges/Camps where mentioned are named as an indication of category and rooms may be reserved at similar hotels/lodges/camps.

TRANSPORTATION
Safari minibuses, safari-cruisers, four-wheel drive vehicles will be provided, according to the route and the number of participants. The right is reserved to employ the services of sub-contractors. English speaking driver guides are provided.

ALTERATIONS TO TOURS
The right is reserved to change any route or arrangements should conditions necessitate and offer substitutes of equal value or to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded.

LIABILITY

(a) Mombasa Air Safari is insured against legal liabilities arising from any injuries which might be received by passengers, whilst in its aircraft

(b) We act only as agents of passenger in all matters relating to camp and lodge accommodation, transport, whether by aircraft, rail, road, motor coach, ship, boat, or any other means and shall not be liable for injury, delay, loss or damage arising from any cause and in any manner howsoever except when the passenger is being carried in aircraft operated by Mombasa Air Safari.

(c) Our liability to passengers carried in our aircraft is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

(d) The right to employ sub-contractors to carry out all or any part of the services agreed to be supplied and in the event of the exercise of such right the terms of clause 'c' relating to the Company’s liability shall apply.
