Go Kite Boarding Wind Surfing or Skiing in the safe warm waters protected by our coral reefs.

During January through to March strong steady on shore breezes make for excellent conditions and both amateur and professional competitions have been held at Nyali and Diani Beaches. 

The southerly monsoon during July through to October also provides good wind and wave conditions.

Many hotels offer kite board and windsurfing equipment and a few have a Water Sports Centre for the non-diving water sports.

At the Nyali Beach Hotel on Mombasas north coast there is a professional training team whilst at the south coast we recommend the Pinewood Village for the young at heart.
